Sales Contract and Health Guarantee
I, the buyer, enter into this agreement with the full knowledge that once this animal leaves these premises, I assume full responsibility for its life, health, medical expenses, and wellbeing. This dog is, on date of delivery, in good health to the best of my knowledge, and all vaccines and deworming is current.
I, the buyer, have 48 hours to take this dog to a veterinarian and if anything life threatening is found, caused before it left these premises, it will be exchanged for an animal of equal value at once or when one becomes available. No refunds will be given. Any evidence of neglect/abuse by the buyer will void this contract.
Puppy is guaranteed for one year from date of birth for any congenital disease. The buyer will not euthanize the puppy, due to any cause, without the seller's approval. A notarized veterinarian report from a full necropsy, performed by a state run and approved diagnostic lab stating from a medical certainty that the death was caused from a prenatal state will be required. Full results of the necropsy must be provided to the seller within 24 hours of receipt. If not received within 24 hours, the seller will not be held liable and this health guarantee will be null and void. Seller’s vet must agree and confirm the diagnosis. A replacement puppy of equal value and same gender will be given to the buyer from the next available litter. This guarantee does not cover diseases that vaccinations could prevent.
Due to the varying kinds of food and different environmental conditions the puppies come in contact with, and the fact that all puppies have immune systems that take time to mature, the terms of this guarantee will not be honored unless they are given NuVet Plus® immune system builder, as directed by the manufacturer, for a minimum of 2 years. We also require that you be on the Auto Ship program to confirm that the puppies are being given their supplement on a consistent basis. Failure to do so will render this guarantee null and void.
Seller is NOT responsible for any expenses, medical or otherwise on behalf of the buyer of the puppy. Seller is NOT responsible for any shipping costs associated with the replacement puppy.
This contract does not cover viruses or parasites, internal or external, (worms, ear mites, fleas or ticks), or any minor conditions such as hernias, open fonts or hypoglycemia. A diagnosis of Coccidia, Giardia, parasites, worms, or any other type of other bacterial infection does not render your puppy unhealthy. These conditions are common in young puppies. Coccidia can be caused by stress when transporting or moving young puppies. These items can be found on the ground, in water, public places, and are treatable conditions.
All puppies are sold as pet quality WITHOUT breeding rights which means you can register your puppy once the spay/neuter contract is fulfilled but it can never produce, intentionally or unintentionally, a litter of puppies.
We cannot guarantee the adult size/ color or the ability to breed or show as they are being purchased as (PET ONLY) though the parents may be a certain size we cannot guarantee the puppy will be bigger or smaller.
Buyer agrees that this puppy will never be sold, leased, or given to any pet shop, animal shelter, research laboratory or similar facility. If the buyer is unable to keep the puppy for any reason, the seller must immediately be notified and withholds the right to take back possession of the puppy at no compensation to the buyer.
I, the Buyer, understand that if I choose not to take this animal to a veterinarian within 48 hours, I am purchasing the animal "as is" at the time of sale with no guarantee what so ever . I have read and understand this contract, and will abide by this agreement.
